At Travel With Fatima, we believe travel is therapy. We are committed to delivering experiences that bring comfort, joy and peace of mind to our clients.

Our Commitment

We thrive to provide reliable, safe, enjoyable, and well-organized travel experiences while maintaining honesty, transparency and professionalism in all our services. Our goal is to ensure that every journey is not only seamless but also meaningful, allowing our clients to relax, recharge and create lasting memories. We are dedicated to offering responsive support and personalized attention from the moment of enquiry until the completion of each trip.

Booking & Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat. Full payment must be made 7-14 days before departure for a 1-day tour and 1 month before departure for 1 night or more. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

Seat Confirmation & Payment Deadline

Seats are not guaranteed without payment. Travel With Fatima reserves the right to release unpaid seats to other clients. Seats may be transferred to another traveler if notice is given before departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation 2 months before a trip - 50% is refundable. Cancellation 30 days or less - no refund. Clients who wish to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances are advised to find another traveler to transfer the seat to. If a trip is cancelled by Travel With Fatima, a full refund or transfer to another trip will be offered.

Minimum Group Requirement

Trips require a minimum number of travelers. If the minimum is not reached, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded.

Late Arrival / No-Show Policy

Our transport will not wait for late passengers. Travelers who miss departure will find us on the next stop. The transport has only 10 minutes allowance.

Travel Documents & Border Policy

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and entry requirements. Valid passports require at least 3 empty pages to travel. Travel With Fatima is not responsible for denied border entry.

Traveling with Minors Policy

Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If traveling with one parent, a notarized consent affidavit from the other parent is required for Mozambique. Guardians are responsible for supervision and safety. Travel With Fatima may deny boarding or entry without proper documentation.

Itinerary Changes & Activities

Travel With Fatima reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. Activities marked as "own expense" are optional.

Personal Belongings & Conduct

Travelers are responsible for their own belongings. Any lost items should be reported immediately to the tour guide or relevant authorities. All travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Travel With Fatima reserves the right to remove any traveler from the trip without refund if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, unlawful or poses risks to others.

Liability Disclaimer & Insurance

Travel With Fatima does not currently provide travel insurance as part of its packages. Travelers are strongly advised to obtain their own comprehensive travel insurance. While we take care in selecting reputable partners, we shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of property.
